Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To start a return, email sales@philex.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please package the product securely.

You are responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind item unless we agree otherwise. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if handling beyond what is necessary has reduced its value.

Something is wrong?

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is not the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible at technical@philex.com or call +44 (0) 1234 263737.

We will explain the appropriate repair, replacement or refund process and, where required, arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs.

Money back

Refunds

For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the product price and any standard delivery charge paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the additional cost is not refundable.

We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Before dispatch

Changing an order

If you need to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, contact us promptly. We will help where possible, but orders are often dispatched quickly.
