5-year guarantee
SLx products carry a five-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
Keep your proof of purchase. If you need to make a guarantee enquiry, contact our UK support team with the product details, proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will review the information and explain the next step.
The SLx guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
Before you order
Delivery
Free-delivery threshold
Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £20 or more. Any available delivery charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will usually be dispatched that day. For most UK addresses, next-working-day delivery is expected after dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, bank holidays, destination and events outside our control can affect timing.
Delivery partners
We use DPD for most orders, but another carrier may be used when it is more appropriate for the order or destination.
